Jedi Mind Tricks kingpin Vinnie Paz returns with his second solo LP this year, The Priest of Bloodshed (due in February). On the first single, “Death Messiah 2012″, Paz sounds more calm than you’re used to hearing him. Maybe it’s the gravely Johnny Cash sample here (from “God’s Gonna Cut You Down”) that’s keeping him balanced. Whatever it is, we dig it.
